For brass: use a gentle metal polisher and a soft cloth to remove tarnish and store luster.

Store your jewelry in a cloth bag, away from sunlight and heat.

Keep away from water

Avoid contact with water, perfumes and lotions.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal or Venmo.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day as the order placement day. For that reason, please ensure you have the correct shipping address before you place your order. If any packages are returned due to an incorrect or wrong address, there may be an extra charge for re-shipping the items. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.

Cleaning Instructions

Dampen a soft cloth in hot vinegar, then dip in table salt and rub the brass, or make a paste of flour, salt and vinegar. You may need several applications. When the item is clean, wash in hot, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly, then polish with a cloth moistened with lemon oil.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love your items from Aidartisan, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return undamaged and unused item(s) with the original receipt within 30 days of when you received your order. You may elect to get a full refund or use the returned amount as store credit.
